This is due to your 2018 Halloween costume consisting of: you just dressed as yourself. The Board takes this violation of our costume regulations very seriously. (Previous suspended Halloween licensees include Ronald Reagan, who wore a Ronald Reagan mask for Halloween in 1980 and was consequently barred from Halloween for the rest of his natural life.)

Upon further review, the Halloween Board of Directors has determined that you are clearly some sort of cryptid. You are therefore eligible for the Unlimited Cryptid License, and costuming as yourself is not only allowed but encouraged.
